Whether you’re a seasoned "pro" or picking up a paddle for the first time, our upcoming Pickleball Tournament is the perfect way to get active for a great cause. All proceeds from the event directly support isolated families on the cusp of a crisis in Racine and Kenosha counties.
By joining this tournament, you aren’t just playing a game; you’re helping us connect families with an entire Circle of Support: a Family Coach to help them on their stabilization goals; a Family Friend or two, to create a friendship that will last for years thru texts, calls, and meet-ups; a possible Host Family who can help with temporary childcare when a parent is facing a short-term hospitalization, job training, or other need; and Resource Friends who can help when the plumbing goes wonky, or a budget or resume needs to be created.
All these people, working together to provide a community around individuals who are without the type of social support that many of us can take for granted.
